My Reflection On Our Beep Test
"WooooooW now that was like we were running a marathon or something" I said as my lungs bursted for air. I had stopped as my friends kept jogging from cone to cone. We were in the middle of a beep test, this was a test to see what our fitness level was at. My final score in the end was 4.3 and I was already tired as I could possibly be. As more and more people stopped it came down to the final person Ieremus. As he ran people cheered until he came to a stop with a final score of 8.1.
To get up my fitness level I have to eat healthy everyday and to train hard and to go to sleep at a reasonable time. Just like my motto 'NO TRAIN NO GAIN'.
For people out there a beep test is a test to see what your fitness level is at and if you have a high-score that means that you are very very fit and if you get over 6.0 in england you will be able to become a rugby player!!!

The Meaning Of The Ireland Flag
The meaning to the Ireland flag has the three tricolours of Ireland.The goverment has stated that the green represents the gaelic (Irish traditions) traditions . Fatu Feu'u
Every week on Wednesday our cool reliever Miss M comes into our class to teach us art, also whenever she comes we always research on an artist.
This term we have been looking at an artist named Fatu Feu’u his art is a unique type of art. He doesn't just take one piece of art and put it into his work, he thinks of the Samoan legend that goes back 100 and 1000’s of years ago and that's sort of the reason his art is really unique to me. Now back to the artist himself as you already know his name is Fatu Feu’u and he is Samoan. He was born in 1946 in the village of Poutasi Feleali’i on the island of Savaii. He was educated at Apia Samoa College and he emigrated to New Zealand in 1966 in order to study art. Also his Father comes from the village Potasi and his Mother comes from the village Ali’i.
At first we just didn’t go and copy his designs and turn them into our designs we did lots of research, but on a different artist named Phillip Clairmont. He is an artist that takes an ordinary object then makes it look more different in colour and style. We had lots of things we did including drawing, cutting and colouring. We all had to do something, we couldn’t just sit around and do nothing all day long. If you did nothing you would do paper work and you would get your art taken off you.
To me what gave me the most inspiration of Fatu Feu’u was his art. All of his patterns, designs and most of all the way his art can be read if you can understand the art it will sort of explains itself. To me when I was doing my art I felt happy, it was like I was putting all of my strengths onto the canvas. When we were drawing and painting it was cool and heaps and heaps of fun and I really liked the experience of drawing and I would like to do drawing with Mrs M again!

PS2 as most people know didn’t start out from PS2 they go back to the year 2000 when PS1 where in style the PS1 was invented by a computer company named Sony this company has also created many more things. Now a days we have a PSP and PS3.
These are making things even better with better games,graphics and better everything you can go online to play people world wide and able to go on to the Internet. The first incarnation was made in 1991,basically a concept. But in 1993 the play-station as it was known was worked on. It was launched in Japan on December 3, 1994. It launched in North America September 9, 1995 and in Europe on September 29, 1995.
Also the play-station was invented for entertainment and thats how they got the name play-station.This is a picture of the first play-station that Ken kutaragi a man who worked with Sony has invented . PlayStation. The first game that was invented was Alexi lalas International Soccer was created by Alexi Lalas who worked with a company named Sony.
How PlayStaions have changed my life it went from boring to really exciting. THE END :)
