The friend I have decided to write about was a close friend of mine and his name is Kayde. He is a interesting friend. Short, chubby light coloured skin is the 3 easiest words to describe him. He isn’t as tall as a tree and small as a mouse.
He is a very energetic person he is always up for a game of rugby or so. Also when there is complete silence he always says something awkward just put smiles on peoples faces. Whenever he around it feels as if the room will be filled with laughter.
The thing that I know that interest Kayde is got to be rugby whenever the subject were talking about is boring he jumps straight into talking about rugby no matter who’s around. He is a Huge fan of the Vodafone Warriors and he is rooting for NSW to win.
When im around kayde im always having fun i’m never bored there's always something that pops into his head for us to do at times. Whether it’s evil or good we always do it anyway if we get into trouble we always get into trouble together we always make eachother laugh, and keep each other company and always have fun. The End

Character Description - Ella
Ella. Scrolled down the list heart thumping, about to jump out of her body. When bang she landed on her name the joy that shot through her body like a bolt of electricity going through power lines. She jumped for joy and everyone around her wondered why she was acting weird. She had made it in the team !.
She jumped and twisted and twirled than stood there staring at her friends with a big grin across her face, telling her friends that she had finally made the team. The girl was a very talented netball player and she also represented the school in every single way possible. But then again she lacked the confidence to in her abilities. So she was still staring at the board. Stoked about being on the list.

Charles F. Goldie
The painting I have chose to re-produce was A Noble Relic of A Noble Race, Wharekauri Tahuna of Ngati Manawa. This was painted 1910 AD the man in the portrait died at an old age of 102. It was painted in Ngati Manawa a.k.a Bay of Plenty. The paintings origin is obviously Aotearoa, And it was painted with oil on canvas. The thing that took my eye was the moko around his face, it grabbed my attention to all the little details to it and the meaning towards it.
Charles Frederick Goldie was born on October 20th. He was raised by his mother and father. David Goldie and Maria Parkington they were a poor family and didn’t have much things. Charles was raised in a family with 7 other siblings 8 including himself. David Goldie Charles father was a timber merchant, politician and a strict Primitive Methodist.
This term in Extension, we were given a task to pick one of Charles Frederick Goldie. The painting that I have chosen to reproduce was 'A Noble Relic of A Noble Race'. This is a painting of an old maori man that is sitting down resting. The thing that I found out was the most challenging was the Moko because all of the little detail that was in it, there was so many things that I couldn't get into the moko like all little detailed bits that had too many detail to get in. Also the wrinkles that I couldn't do.
I hope that anyone that comes to the Point England Art Exhibition that is taking place at our own school. I Hope that people come because all the students in the school have put all there effort into it.

Kiwi Kick
As we arrived at the courts, the wind slapped my face, it felt as if its hands were as cold as neptune. It gave me chills down my back and made the hair on my neck stand tall. My abdomen was cold and my teeth chattered and than my body started to feel numb all over. I quickly sat down waiting for something to happen.
At first we had to find ourselves a teammate my team mate was a good friend of mine Matthew, between us we had to pick who was going to be a Polar Bear or a Penguin. I got picked as a penguin but it was okay. So I had to go and get the ball, I had to run back I was so jittery and jumpy that at one point the ball shot through my hands and went into the sky.
The ball flew forward and back like we were playing a game of soccer in the air. “To me Matthew not towards the toilets” I shouted at him whenever he passed it to me it either flew to the sides of me or over me. Whichever one I picked it still wasn’t good!. So we decided that if we were closer maybe, it would’ve been better.
At the end of the day we all had something new to show others in AFL ( Australian Football League ). Its always fun to go to Kiwi Kick. You always learn something new and its fun to learn how to play the game itself.
